Born in 1968 and nicknamed  " Sunnyside Up ", this upcycled cabin is like stepping back to a more relaxed time. An original all wood interior balanced with new features has all the functional requirements of a home away from home. Upgrades include all new memory foam mattresses, a large deck with a sectional couch & dining table, entire new basement, new heat pump for AC + heating, full WIFI connectivity, a Bluetooth speaker and a new private dock with walk up non slip aluminum stairs from the water. Lake toys for guests include 4 paddle boards, 2 kayaks, water skis, towing tubes, wakeboard and lounge chairs. Boat shown is not included for use.

It's three levels includes three bedrooms, rec room and two bathrooms which comfortably sleeps two families. Top floor has one bedroom (queen) including the master with a king bed and both bedrooms have en suite doors to a full sized tub/shower bathroom. Main floor has one bedroom (queen), a full bathroom with a standup shower + washer & dryer laundry, kitchen/dining and the a-frame vaulted living room that transitions to the lakeside outdoor deck. Ground level floor is a rec room with two queen beds and a lake view sliding glass door to an outdoor space under the deck. Onsite car parking spots are available on the 1 acre private property. 

$670 CAD/night July 1- Sept 13  

$470 CAD/night Sept 14 -Dec 31

Cleaning Fee $240 CAD per stay

Pet Policy: Operate on a case by case basis at the owners sole discretion. 1 dog only. If approved, a detailed dog clause will added to the rental agreement + $200 fully refundable deposit

Zero tolerance for loud noise of any kind, more guests then disclosed in reservation, no parties or any events. No tents, campers or RV during your stay.
